Back in May, we wrote about a collaborative project being undertaken by students enrolled in the transportation design programs at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and the Academy of Art in San Francisco sponsored by Jaguar Design.
The collaborative project’s goal is to create three distinctly different concept designs for future Jaguar vehicles. The Art Center students were asked to design an iconic gasoline powered 2030+ Jaguar sports car focusing on design language, sculpture and proportion, while students at the Academy of Art were tasked with developing two interior design proposals — one for a halo sports car and another for a large 2+2 seat four-door coupe.
With the project now halfway complete, Jaguar designers went to meet the students to discuss the projects at a mid-term review. Here’s a gallery of the review from both schools.

We’ll bring you the final results of Jaguar Design’s collaboration with Art Center and the Academy of Art once the project wraps up in August.
