Coventry University held its annual MA degree show late last year, showcasing the works of six graduating automotive design students. Here are their projects below:
Autonomous Concept by Xi (Tony) Wang
It’s without question that the advent of autonomous driving capabilities will herald a new automotive age, particularly within vehicle interiors. The technology will inevitably bring forward newfound opportunities for automotive design freeing up the architecture for a multitude of new design possibilities.

In light of current environmental awareness and sustainability issues, Can (Tracy) Huang contends that the future of the sports car should be re-thought. He therefore devised the Sustainable Future Sports Car for his final thesis at Coventry University’s MA program.

Lamborghini Doppio (SVOC) concept by Rami El Ahmadieh
Rami El Ahmadieh sought to create an “everyday Lamborghini” with his Coventry University graduate thesis project. Called the Doppio Sports Vehicle with Off-road Capabilities (SVOC), the concept is similar to the Italdesign Parkour concept revealed at the 2013 Geneva motor show and revisited with the Audi Nanuk concept unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show.
