Christopher Butt doesn’t believe in blind love. Which is why he feels obliged to criticise what he cares about - i.e. the automobile. As the editor of Auto-Didakt, he’s interested in what any automobile has got to say about its origins, its creators and its owners, rather than merely highlighting beauty. And he doesn’t care whether an automobile is expensive, rare, cheap, old or new, as long as it’s inspiring.
